Define the pages and tags we'll use for testing swiftype search

We need to select pages and define the tags we'll use to test out swiftype for searching results.

Acceptance Criteria

• Determine which pages to use for this test
• Determine the search tags to use in the test
• Determine if Querying is better than Filtering for these tags.
