Incomplete links in docs release notes RSS #18734

Description

When subscribed to the RSS feed for docs release notes, all of the anchor elements are broken due to href links that are missing https://docs.newrelic.com.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/release-notes/docs-release-notes/feed.xml
  2. Look for any href and note the URL starts with /docs/ instead of https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/
  3. Every link in the RSS feed will go to a broken page when clicked from an RSS reader.

Expected behavior

Working links in RSS feed.
