doc fixes and tweaks for AIM integrations

A few loose ends after the GA release of AI monitoring integrations:

• adds missing license file for nropenai
• adds note about other required configuration settings for nrawsbedrock
• changes bedrockruntime.Client parameter to a more general interface type
