Include info about newrelic-logging updates in nri-bundle chart release notes #1218

A clear and concise description of the feature you want or need When releasing a new version of the nri-bundle chart that includes an updated newrelic-logging chart dependency, include information about the update in the nri-bundle chart's release notes, e.g.

newrelic-logging-1.19.0

Chart newrelic-logging-1.19.0 release notes App newrelic/newrelic-fluent-bit-output v1.19.0 release notes

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered Are there examples you could link us to?

As an alternative, to better understand the risk and value proposition of upgrading to a newer version of nri-bundle, as a user of nri-bundle I can disregard the otherwise useful nri-bundle chart release notes and do my own analysis of the chart changes manually or using automation provided by me.

Dependencies

Do any other teams or parts of the New Relic product need to be considered? Some common areas: UI, collector, documentation

What else should we know about this story that might not fit into the other categories?

When comparing release notes for nri-bundle-5.0.56 and nri-bundle-5.0.55, I could not tell what was different between the two releases. However, comparing the two tags reveals that the newrelic-logging dependency upgrade is the difference between the two versions.

I'm going to discuss it with the team. IMO it makes sense to include newrelic-logging updates like the other charts.
