ti.* metrics don't arrive #25

Airflow 2.1.0 CeleryExecutors Plugin installed on workers and scheduler.

Can`t find this metrics in NR:

ti.start.. Number of started task in a given dag. Similar to _start but for task ti.finish... Number of completed task in a given dag. Similar to _end but for task
