[LOGGING-2708] Add prettier lint #20

prettier (setup as recommended by our JS checklist) clashes with our custom rules copied from newrelic-node. I think the "standard way" in these circumstances is to use JS checklist as prescribed, and remove the above mentioned custom rules.
