[Spike] Explore agent operation with Jakarta EE 11 #1935

Description

Jakarta EE 11 is expected in 2024. While it will take time for core technologies to start adopting it, under this research spike we should explicitly explore the coming changes, investigate the plans of various dependent technologies and ensure the agent functions as expected.

Acceptance Criteria

Research spike. Explore what's coming with Jakarta EE 11 and potentially create new issues representing other work that will be needed.

Not sure how much investigation will be possible; will depend on adoption by other dependent technologies.

Testing went well with the preview releases. If nothing big changes, the agent should support this as-is.
