Lambda logs are tied to an Entity Reference Issue - https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-lambda-layers/issues/257
If a newrelic.ini feel or env var for NEW_RELIC_APP_NAME is provided, it should use it for entity name? If lambda logs are tied to an Entity, it would help create a workload for the logs.
