Change package names, descriptions, and versions.
- Binding projects now match version of native agent
- Changed to NewRelic.MAUI.Plugin, NewRelic.MAUI.Android.Binding, and NewRelic.MAUI.iOS.Binding
- Changed C# plugin to use namespace NewRelic.MAUI.Plugin
Updated to android agent 6.11.1 and ios agent 7.4.4
