Noticed license was showing up by my syntax spelling highlighter...

Did a quick search and apparently other parts of the world do have a 'licence' version of the spelling. Guessing this is the same source as the 'behaviour' spellings. If we keep this (see my other feature request that might get rid of concept for something else), we may still want to use the American English spelling of 'license' for consistency.
