docs: Update docs website with latest Azure install methods #2639

Description
The Azure docs for our agent are valid, but don't mention the Azure Site Extension. We should add the site extension docs to the documentation here.
There will also be a new summary page for instrumenting Azure App Service; we should contribute documentation there as well.
