Playback - Entity data not fully loading #318

In playback mode, sometimes segments are not getting fully populated.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Choose Telco Retail demo
  2. enter playback mode
  3. change the time period (e.g. to 7 days)

The test flow we have is basically constantly in critical state, so any green segments that show up on the timeline are because the entity data hasn't loaded in.
