Utility to allow customers to migrate existing NRQL-based Loss of Signal conditions into a compliant state with upcoming Loss of Signal Detection capabilities.
Conditions list currently is sorted by threshold operator (e.g. equals or below) and then by condition id. It would be preferable to have conditions sorted at least by policy, and then condition name within policy.
