The NR1-status pages app had a high priority feature added and we need to bump the app version

I'm pretty sure the catalog manager app is broken... 😢 : I was going to bump the version for status-pages but I'm getting a ton of platform specific JS errors. is there anyway to bump an app WITHOUT using the Catalog manager?

updated the app in the US, @LizBaker was able to use the cat manager locally. I requested to upgrade this app for the EU / Staging in the #help-NR1-Platform-Services channel
