[3rd Party apps] Transition logistics and tasks

Below are the misc tasks required to hand off 3rd party apps

Add new team to GitHub team to all 3rd party repos

• [x] Determine which team will own these now NR-Labs or a the platform team? - @jpvajda
• [ ] Ensure the team has admin access to all repos
• [ ] Ensure the new team understands the purpose of each repo

Add new team to all 3rd party app content on g-drive

• [x] Ensure the team has access to all necessary 3rd party app drive folders

Change name of help channel

• [x] Change #help-deven-3rd-party-apps > #help-3rd-party-apps - requires request from IT
• [x] Add a message there is no hero support on this channel

Change name of all DevEn Dashboards

• [x] Update markdown helper files to not point users to deven for support
• [x] 3rd party app Deprecations Dashboard
• [x] 3rd party programmabilty component and API app]
• [x] 3rd Party App Catalog EOL Dashboard

Gil confirmed that he's working on becoming maintainers of the 3rd party apps, so we'll need to wait on that transition of the ownership until that is clarified.

Gil confirmed the NR labs team should have maintainer rights on their own apps. But they will not support apps the NR Labs team didn't build. Anna is providing me a list.
