[ ] Determine who the new admins will be on Nr1 apps / staging / prod / eu - @jpvajda
[ ] Give admin access to the nr1 catalog repo to publish apps
[ ] Add new admins to the the accounts use to publish apps

This requires us to confirm who the new maintainer team will be, this is pending confirmation from Gil.

Gil confirmed the NR labs team should have the ability to publish their own apps. But they will not support apps the NR Labs team didn't build.
