Deploy updated apps to the App Catalog & figure out who owns this repo and application now

Appearently deploying apps to the catalog isn't automated based on the version bumping of app repos. So if you bump the version with a merge to master you STILL have to take an action to go and deploy that app to the catalog using the Catalog Manager(https://github.com/newrelic/nr1-catalog-manager)
