Description

When filtering by tags the costs and savings estimates are filtered, but the suggestions are not.

Expected Behaviour

When filtering by tags, the list of suggestions should also be filtered.

Relevant Logs / Console output

NOTE: results are filtered based on tags, but suggestions still include all 55.

Currently the functionality was intentionally not built for suggestions as we were uncertain on what direction to take it. Will aim to address and add the functionality in our UI enhancement work.
