Scheduled and Export reports in csv #136

These reports need to share with various stakeholders using cloud resources

Summary

Current collection result only allow to export results in json format

Desired Behaviour

Export result is csv format and share. Also if reports can be scheduled(like every friday evening xx time) would be great

Possible Solution

Additional context

It would allow to share with concern parties.
