feat: add "remove all filters" button in header #30

Question:

Once I've selected a container and drilled down into some details (set multiple filters), how do I reset everything?

Answer:

Added a "Clear all filters" button into the header/options bar.

The project has since been linted so I'm going to abandon this PR and resubmit a new one that doesn't conflict with the ES Lint fixes.
