Acceptance Criteria

[x] Upgrade to node 16
[x] If applicable resolve any app deprecations planned for march 1st.
- [x] You are not implementing property "NerdletSchema.actionCategory" as specified in the docs
- [x] You are implementing a deprecated property "NerdletSchema.entities", please use "NerdletSchema.context.entities" instead
- [x] data.raw is deprecated, use data instead
- [x] "accountId" is deprecated, use "accountIds" instead
[x] update .nvrmc file to Node 16
[x] Confirm if we need to set the NODE_VERSION environment variable
[x] Ensure all documentation is updated.

After making the changes in the PR, this is all I see in the console.

Iam looking into if we still need to keep the NR1-Container-Explorer App in our App Catalog as we seem to have similar functionality available in our Explorer > Containers view in the platform. We are proposing we EOL this application and change the OSS repo to Archived, following our EOL process for 3rd party apps > if this is true. I've followed up with some people internally to confirm what we should do here.

@ricegi confirmed it's a slightly different take on container explorer and provided a denser view. so it be worth keeping in the catalog.
