Dashboard widget for PRs/issues #96

Summary

It would be nice to add a dashboard widget that shows open PRs/issues on a dashboard. Perhaps also events for new commits etc.

Desired Behaviour

Adding a new widget to the dashboard with a possibility to customize the query e.g. show open prs in organization x or prs assigned to user y.

Additional context

Would be nice for creating a devops dashboard.
