Gives the NRQL Scalar box a white background to match vizco charts
Applies the new "fullWidth" prop to the chart components to take up the space allocated
Applies "fullWidth" prop to Stacks so they take up all horizontal space again

CC @tangollama — this'll need a re-deploy! Note that I switched the UUID back. Is there a way we can both develop with the same UUID?
