change featuresList in useFetchEntitiesDetails.js to arrays containing the different values for Go and PHP. Change featuresCheck to handle arrays

Wasn't sure on the changelog updating process, I assume this is after merge? I noted the SemVer convention, let me know if I should include another commit with version updates. I have tested this against our internal demo accounts.
