Fallback Queries For Learners in Accounts with No APM Transaction Data #34

This is an update to the nerdpack that based on the Account selected if it has recent APM data it uses the regular queries, but if no APM data it will fallback to queries using NR Account based events like NrMTDConsumption , Public_APICall to give different example queries that will return data despite the lack of APM data.
