1: Added string(), concat(), and subqueries to the lessons. 2: Fixed an issue where only the first account was checked for APM, leading to fallback queries being used even for accounts with APM. 3: Added some white space to some text in lessons where it was missing. 4: Cleaned up the dynamic date code for TimeRangeAdvanced.js in lesson 2
