Created an edit board function that allows users to edit, update, cancel or delete the row and column titles.

Added an edit-board component that renders the current rows and columns
Added a title component which is a child of the edit-board component. This component is where users can edit, update, delete or cancel changes to the row and column titles.

@glitton, I have two concerns with this PR.

The ReadME updates the Explorers Hub URL. I think that's in error.
The delete board appears to work correctly. The edit functionality doesn't appear to work.

Can you look into / address this?

Updated readme and tested edit functionality. All good. Also planning to add documentation but will do that for the next PR. Thanks!
