Passing all checks except the security/snyk and license/cla checks so not sure on this one?

package-lock.json conflicts

I tried to resolve this by pulling down this PR and running npm install to get the package-lock.json file up to speed, but it didn't resolve the issue and there are so many conflicts a manual edit of the lock file won't work.
