Description

Updated infra-sdk and windows exporter to their newest versions.

Closes #49

It would seem that the CI is (surprise!) doing some weird stuff with the exporter version, see here: https://github.com/newrelic/nri-winservices/pull/59/checks?check_run_id=1621175603#step:5:23

We can discuss this in the daily.

The checkout is done here I believe the commit was used and not the tag to assure checking out always the same code.
