Update Getting Started with SpanKind/Summary UI Improvements #55

Right now, the Summary tab, which is the default view for a service in the New Relic UI, shows nothing with the supplied sample application. Change the README.md and the simple sample application to set a SpanKind of "server" for the root span, allowing the Summary view to be populated with response time and throughput data.

This may not need to happen if https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-opentelemetry-shim-go/issues/11 is in place.
