Essex Hog: Removed hard-coded context from Confluence URL #29

Please refer to comments at the top of the file regarding using Confluence base URLs with/without context. With this change, the default is to pass a base URL without context. If a user's instance uses context, they would need to pass the base URL plus the context to get a valid API path.
