Updated README
Added src/bin/slack_hog.rs with basic slack channel scanning implementation
Added TODO items also with probable next steps.

Hi @joaoh82 , thanks for the awesome contribution! I'm going to take a look today, make sure it all works, and then merge it in assuming everything looks good. I'll probably do a new release by the end of the week and make sure this is included.

Allright here we go! I made a few changes:

Renamed the hog to an actual hog breed per the naming convention stated in the README
Added support for pagination from the slack API. In order to support giant channel histories I also added support for OLDEST and LATEST flags which follow the format from the Slack API here: https://api.slack.com/methods/conversations.history
Made channel ID mandatory, as it is required by the API.
Updated the README to reflect the CLI syntax changes
