Lambda build instructions #63

Re-add Lambda build scripts and instructions.

The GitHub release process is good, but if someone wants to have a repeatable build of Berkshire Hog for Lambda on-site (e.g. for compliance or operational reasons, or to modify and iterate on local modifications) this will be extremely helpful for that.
