loop through contacts in ES & check update dates. then process all this in the background on a daily-basis

Have an external algorithm running using #59. Then we can have something on a model on tabulae to check how long ago it has been updated. then you just check to see if itwas updated before the FC contact was updated. If so, then we update the records
