We got an error in the workflow console (screenshot below), so I moved the run commands above the article-sessions.

@pilar333 I ran into a syntax issue when running the workflow. I'm going to do an asynchronous PR where I can check in this syntax change and if you have any questions, we can go over them tomorrow.
