What's Tarbell? Currently it's the library, and the template exists separately. But maybe Tarbell just is the template and the Tarbell library becomes a google spreadsheet access library and extended Flask application. This should be decided quickly. Yikes! Paging @chrislkeller, @aepton, @alexbordens ...

Command decision:

Rename Tarbell library Flask-Tarbell
Rename Tarbell template Tarbell
Put up a README at tarbell-template to redirect folks to the correct repo.

Awesome...

Doesn't matter now, but for the future, I think GitHub supports redirects now.
