What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to see all variations. 
A)For example after 14 Qe2 we have a comment witch displays {+=} but the
variation after it is skipped
B)After 15Rad1 there are 2 variations (....) (.....)
The first is displayed. The second is not
C) After 16Bd3{n} again the variation is not show (show variation after
comment still does not work

So generally the code shows only the first instance of a comment or a
variation. Comment after comment. Variation after comment or variation
after variation are skipped.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version 0.5.6 . Downloaded and replaced the old files.

Please provide any additional information below.

I pasted it to chesspastebin.com which is running also the 0.5.6 version. I 
think i'm
seeing all the multiple comments. After the move 14. Qe2 there are many
comments/variations and not just the {+=}. See link for more details

Maybe you're having a cache issue?

You are right. Although i have shift+refreshed the page it worked with the old 
js
files. Deleted js files, forced refresh and put them back. Now its ok. 
Everything
shows perfectly.
