Grouped SVG symbols can be rendered as images #130

Grouped circles from mapshaper's SVG export seem to get rendered as pngs rather than as SVG vector objects. After using "ungroup" they were rendered correclty. Ideally vector objects should never be rasterized when rendering as SVG.
