Telescreen should be a document #122

Telescreen should be implemented as an Ampleforth document rather than a conventional application. This would simplify deployment and act as a solid proof of concept for the notion of Ampleforth as an application builder.

It would also reduce the reliant on zip files and their complexity.

This is now fixed, with TelescreenTemplate.zip now serving that role. Still need some improvements (and maybe the unzipped code should also be put back, so we can track these changes) but it is workable, and inherits the benefits of Documents - drag and drop, being self contained etc.
