(bug, frontend) Invite: Error permanently deactivates Send Invites button #132

To reproduce: Send a successful invitation Try to send an invitation to the same email address An error will occur, and Send Invites button will be permanently disabled

Doesn't occur if error occurs when the same email is entered twice during the same send.
