Unable to change video quality : Only showing 360p option #213

There is a problem with the video quality issue. I am unable to change the video quality from the list. It only shows the 360p option which is by default even though the video has multiple quality options.

I am getting same issue. Same thing with youtube_explode_dart when I am trying to download videos from youtube.
