Using the default price does not submit the price #142

Expected behaviour: Save a StuFF show; edit the stuff show; scroll to price; use eyes to confirm price is correct (default=£3); press save; save the pricing model for this show Actual behaviour: pressing save does not save the pricing model for this show and it needs to be added manually.
