Training is expanding to cover tech, workshop, stage and other. The list of items should reflect this... Mockup in the footer: footer Mockup sectioning the cards: depts

Todo: if the number of departments =< 1, do some special things (still return departments in the Python, don’t display badges or titles in the templates)
