decimal seperator mixed up #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch your phone to "german"
2. Enter an expense with decimal seperator, for example 1.11 Euro
3. See the program round the value to 1 Euro

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to
- Ignore the comma or point, just use it or
- offer me a comma, if it converts only a comma

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8, Android 4.1.3

It's actually a duplicate of issue #60. Check it out, there is a workaround:
