Build needs input validation. #109

A form submitted from the list claims to be have created by Build but fails ODK 
Validate with the error:

Checking XML...
[Fatal Error] ODKListTest.xml:13:12: Attribute name "name" associated with an 
element type "First" must be followed by the ' = ' character.

>> XML is invalid. See above for details.

Attached is the form that was provided as part of the email.

This error also causes Aggregate to die in an usual place. Will fix, but not 
being tracked as part of this issue.

there should be no spaces allowed in the instance name and select-one and 
select-multiples options should always have values.
