Reorienting the screen or sliding open the keyboard loses the focus of the active element in a multi-widget screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to a multi-widget (e.g., field-list) screen.
2. slide open the keyboard or reorient the screen.
3. observe that constraint testing is not done on the last-edited field.

This indicates that the app has forgotten the view in focus on the screen ( a 
synthetic notion).  Need to save that information and restore it when the view 
is restored.

May also be an issue with intent-launching widgets?
