ODK BUILD saving capability

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.make a simple form
2.go to file and proceed to save or save form as
3.name file and proceed to summit and proceeds to say "could not save form. try 
again in a moment"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to be able to save the form so i can come back and fix it if need be. not being 
able to save.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
well ODK build is a web based things for i have no idea what version that could 
be. and i'm on a windows 7 and also tried on a windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
