Android Target & Java Compliance versions for trunk odk-collect project #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Fresh Checkout from SVN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect ODK to maintain compliance with Android 1.6 however it 
appears that the newly checked in project settings are for Android 2.1. 
Furthermore the default Java compliance is set to version 1.5.

If these are both legitimate settings, then I'm out of line placing this 
in as an issue. However I thought it would be best to go ahead and point 
out these settings.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
