Implement a way to completely skip groups #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached form.
2. Answer "Skip next question" with "No".

What is the expected output? 
End of form reached.

What do you see instead?
Watch the prompt for the next group appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.1.4 on the Android 2.1 emulator.

modifying the xml like this it works.

if you move the conditional to the repeat node, this should work with collect 
1.1.7. i've attached a sample form.
