When users press the “Back” button on an incomplete form, they see the
question “Going back will
delete any unsaved data. Are you sure?”. The answers are Yes and No. This is
very confusing for
non-savvy users - they tend to click Yes when they actually mean No. The
buttons should instead
spell the actions explicitly, eg “Go back to the main screen” and
“Continue editing the form”.
